Here are the 3 simple steps you need to take to
reduce your admissions workload and fill beds faster.

Credential Collection + Integration

We need to access your referral platforms so that we can aggregate all your referrals into Triage.We need IT to please set up a generic group email (i.e. [email protected]).
After it's created, please ask IT to add the following email to the distribution list for that group email address:
[email protected]Who we need: Individual with admin access to all your referral admissions platforms.Once you've created a group email address for us and have all the credentials ready, please email us at [email protected] to schedule a call with our Team.Click the below share links to quickly bring your team to this section:

Admissions Rules

We gather your admissions rules so that we can extract the data points important to you and prioritize your referrals, placing the highest value ones first.Who we need: Individual who has access to your Red/Green/Yellow admissions rules.They can simply click here to fill out the formClick the below to conveniently share a link to the rules form with your admissions team:

Confirm Email Forwarding

Many organizations have IT limitations on allowing automatic email forwarding- which is critical to us receiving 2FA codes and referrals that come to efax/attached as PDFs enabling you to to handle end-to-end referrals inside of Triage.In order to test if IT forwarding is allowed, please follow this guideIf forwarding is not enabled, or if you are unsure, please share this guide
and request with your IT Team.

Bonus: PCC Integration

Triage has a direct integration with PCC, allowing you to:
-View a detailed, live bedboard in Triage powered by your PCC Data
-Create pending patients in Triage with data and documents passed automatically to PCC

If you use PCC, please share this guide with your PCC Admin.

Fill Beds Faster.
